Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Manage operational and tactical aspects of large, complex projects.
- Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and manage project timelines.
- Develop and execute communication strategies for stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and maintain resource plans.
- Ensure successful execution of engagements and manage project changes.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Financial report analysis and understanding of budgeting.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Team building and stakeholder analysis skills.
3. Required Experiences:
- 2+ years as an Infrastructure Technical Project Manager in a Professional Services environment.
- Familiarity with State/Local Government and educational projects.
- Understanding of government contract awards and project execution.
- Experience in risk management and people management.
- PMP certification desired.
