Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scope
- Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget
- Manage overall project scopes and budgets
- Control project documentation (contracts, RFIs, design changes)
- Schedule project tasks and track critical paths
- Conduct project meetings and performance measurement
- Perform risk management and create construction reports
- Prioritize multiple projects and identify process improvements

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Data collection, analysis, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Team-building and collaboration skills

Required Experience
- 3-5 years in construction management or project management
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent tasks
- Working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
