Job Summary:

- Develop and maintain financial reporting tools for finance and leadership teams.
- Lead comprehensive analyses and provide critical financial insights.
- Collaborate with various departments for monthly P&L analysis and reporting.
- Manage a team of analysts and oversee projects like anomaly detection and finance data conversions.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong data analysis and financial reporting expertise.
- Proficient in SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikSense).
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to create report wireframes and conduct data audits.
3. Required Experience:
- 12+ years in Accounting and Financial Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and relational databases.
- Experience managing teams and leading financial integration projects.
- Familiarity with insurance broker agency management systems is a plus.
