Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes
- Support Component Repair Services (CRS) team with customer and employee communications.
- Develop and measure social media and digital media action plans.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, digital marketing materials, and website content.
- Administer digital campaigns and monitor social media accounts.
- Assist with employee communications and executive communications.
2. Required Skills
- Proficient in digital marketing, social media concepts, and campaign execution.
- Strong writing, creative design, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems and website content management.
3. Required Experiences
- Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing communications.
- Experience with media, outside partners, and advertising measurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
