Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Provide technical support to customers and partners.
- Troubleshoot and document user-reported issues.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting at application and OS levels.
- Manage support cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate root cause investigations and communicate solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting experience with Linux OS.
- Automation and Playbooks familiarity.
- Bash scripting and Python skills preferred.
- Basic knowledge of networking and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively.
Required Experiences:
- At least 5 years as a Support Engineer.
- Experience with malware, exploits, and OS behavior.
- Proven ability to work in complex, mixed environments.
- BS/MS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
