Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Serve clients on major roadway projects, applying technical expertise and knowledge of NJ standards.
- Manage and grow the transportation business with NJDOT and NJTA.
- Define project scope, manage resources, and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Mentor less experienced peers and oversee project financial management.
- Maintain communication with clients and regulatory agencies.
2. Required Skills:
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in New Jersey required; other Northeast states is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and financial management skills.
- Proficiency in production support systems and personal computer use.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering; graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum ten years of experience, with four years as a project manager.
- Existing relationships with NJDOT and NJTA preferred.
