Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Conduct problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of development work.

- Provide customer service and stay updated on ServiceNow trends.
- Design and customize user interfaces in ServiceNow.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX).
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
- Understanding of database concepts (SQL, relational databases).
Required Experiences:
- 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience (development, administration).
- 2-3 years in web technologies and UI customization.
- 3-5 years in full software development lifecycle.
- Experience in Agile environments and ITSM modules.
- Top-Secret Clearance required.
