Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Serve as the principal technical advisor for AWS Enterprise Support customers.
- Advocate and provide strategic technical guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve issues.
- Drive strategies for customer adoption of AWS services.
- Maintain operational health of customers' AWS environments, requiring some travel.
2. Required Skills:
- Understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- Expertise in building resilient, secure, and cost-effective systems.
- Strong oral and written communication, particularly with executive audiences.
- Technical leadership in enterprise or external customer environments.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (5+ years).
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience in IT operations and 24x7 support environments.
- Familiarity with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings.
