Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Provide first line support to the IT Service Desk Team.
- Maintain Desktop OS images/VDI templates and manage client patching.
- Ensure security compliance for OS and applications, including hardening.
- Manage desktop metrics and create/update system documentation.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and core competencies (AD, DHCP, Powershell, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting techniques.
- Scripting skills in Windows environment, preferably using PowerShell.
- Experience with task automation for software deployment and security patching.
Required Experiences:
- Associate's degree or relevant certifications (Cloud+, GICSP, etc.).
- Minimum 5 years supporting Windows environments with experience in at least 4 core competencies.
- Proven experience administering Active Directory and automating tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
