Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and facilitate process improvement projects and training.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop process documentation.
- Manage cost reduction and feasibility analysis for projects.
- Drive value stream mapping and compliance audits.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Lean and Operations Management Systems (OMS).
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Required Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Greenbelt Six Sigma or Lean experience required.
- 1+ years of continuous improvement experience.
