- Plan, manage, and oversee 3 to 4 ground-up construction projects.
- Maintain project budget and schedule.
- Procure materials, equipment, and labor.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders.
