- Address technical challenges related to scaling search capabilities.
- Drive innovation in search technologies to improve user experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong software engineering background.
- Experience with large-scale performance challenges.
- Familiarity with generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning techniques.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in engineering management, including 2+ years managing other managers.
- Experience in developing and optimizing search capabilities in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record in 0->1 product development.
