Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead and manage projects to align with agency goals and federal regulations.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Serve as the primary contact between stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations and cybersecurity standards.
- Analyze data for decision-making and prepare performance reports.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and project methodologies such as SAFe.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
3. Required Experiences:
- 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- 5 years of leadership experience in IT or consulting.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and translating needs into action plans.
- DLA FedMall experience preferred.
- Current PMP certification and Secret security clearance required.
