Associate Director | U.S. Reputation & Conduct Risk at Royal Bank of Canada

Job Summary:

1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align on reputation and conduct risk issues.
- Develop periodic reporting for senior management and the Board on reputation and conduct risk.
- Organize the CUSO Culture & Conduct Risk Committee.
- Prepare semi-annual reporting on culture and conduct risk.
- Allocate resources for ad-hoc assignments as departmental priorities shift.

2. Required Skills:
- Knowledge of risk disciplines (Enterprise, Market, Credit, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in managing complex projects.
- Proficient in MS Office.

3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related fields.
- 5+ years in Risk Management within Financial Services.
- Experience in Reputation or Conduct risk oversight.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree or Risk Management certification (e.g., FRM).
