Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Oversee all project aspects from contract award to completion.
- Monitor and control project technical, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
- Lead and coordinate various project phases: Design, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Installation.
- Manage customer invoicing and follow-up on overdue payments.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Quickbase; JD Edwards experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Industry Standard Codes (ASME, B31, ASTM, AWS, OSHA).
3. Required Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience managing financials, including forecasting and cost reconciliations.
- Proven track record of handling multiple projects of varying complexity.
