Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Execute a multi-year transformation program for Order Management.
- Manage project resources and coordinate analysis, planning, and execution.
- Resolve escalations and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
- Lead reviews with executives on program health and financials.
- Mentor project management teams and foster a Center of Excellence.
Required Skills:
- Technical background in project management.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Proficient in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with best practices (e.g., AGILE, SAFE) in program management.
Required Experience:
- 9+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or 6+ years with a Master’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years in Business Operations Management or similar roles.
- 5+ years in program/project management experience.
