Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Analyze and present data insights for business questions.
- Prepare and clean both structured and unstructured data for analysis.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and develop machine learning models.
- Create automated reports and Power BI dashboards for regulatory inquiries.
- Coach junior data scientists and refine analyses with stakeholders.
2. Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical and programming skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics/science.
- Strong understanding of predictive modeling and data visualization techniques.
