Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead BI & Reporting for the Americas, enhancing and streamlining the BI platform.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and improve decision-making.
- Ensure new BI solutions are customer-focused and follow best practices.
- Provide training and support to enable self-service BI for the business.
- Partner with global teams for project delivery and ongoing support.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI development and solution design.
- Strong communication skills for global stakeholder management.
- Collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Knowledge of data and AI in a digital environment.
Required Experiences:
- Minimum 5 years in a BI or related role (e.g., Reporting, Analytics).
- Experience in enterprise-level use of BI tools (e.g., Synapse, Power Platform).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Familiarity with financial and non-financial metrics in an insurance context.
