Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Maintain internal trackers and regulatory reports
- Manage translations for product labeling and packaging
- Finalize claim statements in compliance with regulations
- Review and approve product and creative assets
- Provide guidance for new product development and testing
- Evaluate product label requirements
- Assist with other projects as assigned by QA leaders
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Data & analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with workflow platforms (e.g., Monday.com)
Required Experiences:
- 2-5 years in product safety, compliance, QA, or product development
- Knowledge of CPSC, FDA, and other regulations
- Experience in a fast-paced, product-focused environment
- International experience (preferred)
