Job Summary:

1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Oversee and manage Business Unit risk activities.
- Lead a team to facilitate communication between the Chief Risk Office, regulators, and business units.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and partnerships.
- Execute risk program requirements (RCSA, issue management, etc.).
- Monitor key risk indicators and develop control assurance test plans.

2. Required Skills:
- Knowledge of compliance regulations (Reg E, BSA/AML, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years in Enterprise/Operational Risk or related fields.
- Experience in financial services and project management preferred.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management practices.
