Job Summary:

Job Duties:
- Drive accountability across teams.
- Coordinate project activities internally and with clients.
- Establish communication plans and meeting cadences.
- Report and escalate issues to management.
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders.
- Facilitate client-facing meetings and status reports.
- Track project risks and documentation.
- Oversee project closeout and capture lessons learned.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies.

Required Skills:
- Project management tools (LAN Desk, Jira, ServiceNow)
- Advanced communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Relationship management

Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years in project management (software development/IT)
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Experience as a Business Analyst (strongly preferred)
- Background in SDLC and web technology
