Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Oversee customer experience and service delivery.
- Develop technical project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Serve as a cyber systems engineering subject matter expert.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and act as customer advocate.
- Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cyber threats, detection capabilities, and incident management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Familiarity with network security infrastructure and protocols.
Required Experience:
- 10 years in information security, network, or systems engineering.
- 6 years in enterprise LAN/MAN/WAN environments.
- 4 years in network administration and analysis.
- Experience with complex system implementations and security maintenance.
- Active DOD Secret clearance required.
