Job Duties:
- Promote and sell Laser Weeding solutions to growers in assigned territories.
- Engage with the Sales Director and manage all aspects of sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and generate ROI/TCO proposals.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Financial acumen for developing convincing sales proposals.
- Knowledge of current grower methods and weed control, particularly for vegetables.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in agriculture.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Established network in the grower and dealer community.
