Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Design and develop training materials for internal teams.
- Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
- Support product launches with training collateral.
- Gather feedback to identify knowledge gaps.
- Collaborate with Product Teams on roadmaps and features.
- Work with Sales and CX Enablement teams for effective communication.
- Monitor and report on enablement effectiveness.
