Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Lead technical development of new dairy, non-dairy, and beverage product applications.
- Identify trends and customer needs for alternative protein sources.
- Conduct testing and analysis on product properties.
- Develop new product formulations.
- Collaborate with Commercial Team on customer applications.
- Perform customer visits and provide training.
- Develop and maintain project plans.
- Manage project deliverables and monitor progress.
Required Skills
- Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Required Experiences
- MSc in Food Science / Technology preferred.
- 3+ years in plant-based ingredient applications for the dairy alternative market.
