Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Provide quality and food safety support and leadership.
- Conduct internal and external audits; perform annual compliance tasks.
- Manage Quality Control team; oversee non-conformity investigations.
- Implement Cost of Poor Quality and assist with FSMA regulations.
- Participate in employee development and training programs.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of food regulations and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in Document Management and quality monitoring databases.
- Ability to develop and implement quality and food safety requirements.
- Audit support for FDA, BRC, Organic, and customer audits.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- Three (3) years of related work experience in a similar position.
