Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Develop site/civil engineering plans for various project types.
- Prepare land development design and permitting documents.
- Manage project financial performance and client relations.
- Supervise design team during Construction Administration.
- Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies to discuss design issues.
- Develop new project opportunities and manage proposals.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, MS Office, and ArcGIS.
- Comprehensive understanding of design and construction drawing preparation.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and critical thinking abilities.
Required Experiences:
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8 years of experience on complex engineering projects.
- PE licensure in Virginia or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Proficient in site layout, grading, utility design, and stormwater management.
