Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Create recipes and applications for product demonstrations at customer visits and trade shows.
- Follow culinary trends and present ideas to Sales and Marketing teams.
- Compound and blend flavor products as needed.
- Execute lab projects effectively and efficiently.
- Provide sensory support for product development and quality teams.
- Assist in tastings and sample creation for product development.
- Evaluate and approve raw materials and finished goods with the quality team.
- Organize and maintain raw material samples from vendors.
- Maintain lab stock of commonly used raw materials and ingredients.
