Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Manage electrical construction projects valued from $200k to $10M.
- Evaluate specifications and plan project procedures, timelines, and staffing.
- Procure necessary subcontractors, tools, equipment, and materials.
- Supervise personnel and subcontractors to ensure project adherence to schedules.
- Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and manage project billings.
Required Skills
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of electrical and construction processes.
- Proficiency in cost monitoring and analysis.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
