Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Manage project scope, fees, production quality, and client relationships.
- Communicate effectively with all project participants and establish project schedules.

- Oversee project documentation and deliverables.
- Participate in business development and proposal efforts.

Required Skills:
- Project management and negotiation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Familiarity with financial management tools like Deltek Vision.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years leading medium to large-scale projects.
- LEED AP and professional registration preferred.
