Job Summary:

Job Duties:
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology initiatives in an agile environment.
- Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and report project status to relevant parties.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Required Skills:
- Strong project management skills, including multitasking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience in agile project delivery methods.

Required Experiences:
- 5+ years delivering HR Technology projects in enterprise-level organizations.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with various HR functions (e.g., Absence, Benefits, HCM, Recruitment).
