Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes
- Design, implement, and optimize perception algorithms for robotic systems, particularly AGVs.
- Develop and apply computer vision algorithms, using traditional and deep learning-based approaches.
- Prototype and build proof of concepts for robotics and perception solutions.
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers in an interdisciplinary team.
- Integrate various sensors into robotic systems and explore AI/ML techniques.
- Participate in the complete product development lifecycle and stay updated on technological advancements.
2. Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and C++.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Robot Operating System (ROS) and ROS 2.
- Knowledge of AI, ML, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with various perception sensors (LIDAR, camera, radar, etc.).
3. Required Experiences
- MS or higher in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with MS or 3 years with PhD.
- Proven experience in implementing perception algorithms and computer vision solutions.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and building proof of concepts.
- Experience in electro-mechanical systems, mechatronics, or robotics product development.
