Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Manage multiple higher education, healthcare, and commercial projects.
- Communicate daily with clients and project teams.
- Lead the design and construction teams.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and contracts.
- Prepare monthly reports and assist with occupancy activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong project management and estimating abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling and MS Office software.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of design and construction processes.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 5 years of project management experience, including 2 years as an Owner's Representative.
- Preferred total experience of 10 years.
