Job Summary:

- Plan and execute the conversion rate optimization (CRO) roadmap.
- Maintain a backlog of conversion experiments to drive growth.
- Lead content and audience development across teams.
- Coach a high-performing SEO and CRO team.
- Analyze organic growth KPIs and develop marketing strategies.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Tableau, and other SEO/CRO tools.
- Expertise in online marketing and technical site audits.
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with multiple marketing channels.
- Experience collaborating with editorial and product teams.
