Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Ensure application availability within assigned domain
- Oversee IT Service Delivery (incident, problem, change management)
- Interface with Application Development for deployments and incident resolution
- Provide 24x7 support as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for outage resolution and root-cause analysis
- Participate in project teams for operational support requirements
- Maintain positive relationships with development teams and business users
Required Skills:

Required Experiences:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2-5 years in IT (end user support/systems administration)
- ITIL Foundations Certification (preferred)
- Experience with airline applications (preferred)
