Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Provide project support and analysis for multiple projects at the Aviation Solutions Division.
- Act as a liaison for Senior Project Support, Task Leaders, and Project Managers.
- Perform tasks related to Project Management processes and track progress on performance objectives.
- Support new business development and manage administrative tasks like meetings and record maintenance.
- Compile project data and assist in developing reports and estimates, coordinating with Project Managers and Contractors.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle shifting priorities efficiently.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years or Associate Degree with 4 years or High School diploma with 6 years of related experience.
- Experience in Project Analyst/Project Support.
