Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Maintain and enhance existing Windows services including build/deployment.
- Oversee deployment, configuration, and management of core ADC services.
- Mentor junior Operational Engineers and drive continuous improvement in processes.
- Lead automation efforts to improve service efficiency and reporting systems.
- Ensure security compliance with desktop environments.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop services.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation/scripting.
- Understanding of networking basics and troubleshooting.
- Experience in application packaging/deployment and security patching.
Required Experiences:
- 8+ years supporting Windows operating systems, including 4 of 8 core competencies.
- 3+ years of experience in Windows automation/scripting with PowerShell.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph.
