Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Establish communication of system health information to stakeholders.
- Measure and optimize system performance and support deployment solutions.
- Provide operational support with an emphasis on automation.
- Administer and maintain production environments.
- Advocate for security, stability, and reliability in solutions.
2. Required Skills:
- Proficiency in systems programming languages (Python, PowerShell, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, SALT).
- Familiarity with GitHub, Bamboo, and Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Grafana).
- Proficient in Infrastructure As Code principles.
3. Required Experiences:
- 5+ years in 24/7 Application Support for enterprise applications.
- 5+ years measuring and improving SLO/SLA/KPI's.
- 5+ years with configuration management tools and monitoring solutions.
- ITIL v. 4 experience, including Event and Incident Management.
- Availability for after-hours calls and incident management.
