- Interact with C-suite level executives and manage client relationships.

- Strong technical knowledge in robotics and automation.
- Pre-sales and post-sales support experience.
- Solid conflict resolution and oral communication skills.
- Business acumen and ability to manage complex relationships.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in technical support within the robotics industry.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Proven track record in structured sales and budget management.
