Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Apply scientific and engineering principles in food R&D.
- Test and develop new products using management and production knowledge.
- Manage customer accounts and projects.
- Design and develop products per customer specifications.
- Implement new products at the plant level.
- Train personnel and develop quality assurance specifications.
- Conduct technical meetings and offer customer assistance.
- Coordinate trial productions and ensure documentation of trials.
- Design and conduct shelf-life studies.
