- Passion for climbing, yoga, or fitness.
- Strong customer service, organization, and mentorship abilities.
- Solid computer skills (web-based applications, Word, Excel, POS).
- Problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Required Experiences:
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Experience in customer service and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of climbing instruction is preferred.
- Experience managing financial targets and budgets.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
