Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Define, design, and deliver innovative solutions within Genesys Cloud.
- Lead end-to-end architecture and engineering for product development.
- Advise clients on strategic improvements and oversee multiple SaaS projects.
- Provide architecture governance and manage project risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and develop architecture competency.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Genesys Cloud Ecosystem, AI/ML, cloud computing, and data integration.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Go, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
- Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
Required Experiences:
- 10+ years in Cloud Solutions Architecture or Software Engineering.
- Proven experience with AI-based solutions in AWS and Google.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
