Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Manage risk activities for the Equipment Finance department.
- Ensure collaboration between Equipment Finance and Risk Management.
- Oversee issue management, internal controls, and risk assessment processes.
- Review Risk Reports and analyze trends; manage key indicators.
- Participate in risk governance meetings and implement policy standards.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of operational and enterprise risk management.
- Strong collaboration and organizational awareness.
- Proficient in tracking complex processes.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years, or High School Diploma with 8 years in Enterprise/Operational Risk.
- Preferred: Commercial Banking and Vendor Equipment Finance experience; Risk Management Certifications (CRM/CERA/PRM).
