Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables.
- Communicate project expectations clearly to team members.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and report on status.
- Identify, document, and track risks and issues.
- Conduct project reviews and recommend improvements.
Required Skills:
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Project Management tools (e.g., Planview)
- Technical project management
- Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Status report writing
Required Experiences:
- Technical project management (5-7 years preferred)
- Salesforce project management
- Project Management certifications (PMP preferred)
- Insurance or Financial industry background
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
