Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Engage with customers via ticketing, live chat, and screensharing.
- Reproduce technical issues and manage integrations.
- Lead product demos after becoming demo certified.
- Participate in internal product feedback discussions.
- Train as a specialist in Datadog products.
- Work from office 3-5 days a week.
