Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Lead federal appropriations strategy and advocacy efforts.
- Represent HFHI in national coalitions and engage with Congress.
- Manage monthly policy updates and training for Habitat organizations.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of federal affordable housing policy and appropriations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-8+ years in federal policy and government relations.
- Familiarity with legislative tracking tools (preferred).
