Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Support a portfolio of customers by identifying abnormal behavior in information systems.
- Develop and propose tailored remediation plans based on business risks.
- Inform customers of detected elements and provide guidance on security incidents.
- Participate in improving SOC's security incident detection and analysis tools.
Required Skills
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Operational security knowledge (networks/systems, SOC).
- Investigative skills using SIEM and EDR consoles.
- Understanding of SOC detection mechanisms and security frameworks (Mitre Att&ck, EBIOS).
- Customer relations and pedagogical orientation.
Required Experiences
- Proven experience in operational security.
- Experience with security frameworks and techniques.
- Previous involvement in SOC-related roles or similar environments.
