Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Lead compliance risk management activities for assigned areas.
- Provide oversight and support for Wealth, Personal Trust, and Private Banking products.
- Interact with regulators, maintain internal control standards, and manage policies and training.
- Assess compliance risks, provide credible challenges, and promote a diverse environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of fiduciary standards and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years in compliance, legal, audit, or risk management.
- Alternatively, 14 years of combined education/work experience including 10 years in relevant functions.
