Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Manage account risk portfolio and provide account-level engineering to meet underwriting requirements.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to reduce loss and improve operations.
- Support underwriting team and attend client broker meetings.
- Monitor engineering services for quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct field engineering services for larger accounts and prospects.
- Provide advanced consultative services, identifying loss exposures and managing property programs.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge of risk exposures, controls, and best practices in risk improvement.
Required Experiences
- For Senior Property Risk Account Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in Property Risk Engineering; or
- High School Diploma and 8+ years experience.
- For Principle Risk Engineering Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years; or
- High School Diploma and 10+ years experience; or
- Zurich Certified Apprentice with associate degree and 8+ years experience.
