- Develop custom reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Provide operational support for users/stakeholders.
- Collaborate to document business and technical requirements.
- Offer technical solutions and evaluate alternatives.
- Create technical documentation and user guides.
- Work with stakeholders to define reports and data products.
- Lead IT process reviews and improvements.
